Class Descriptions 

Abs & Stretch 

A quick 30-minute core-strengthening and stretch class.

Bootcamp

This athletic skills-and-drills class combines cardio, muscle conditioning and plyometric moves. It may also feature the use of weights, bars, balls, sandbags, kettlebells, steps and other small fitness equipment. 

Cardio Kickboxing

A high-intensity mix of cardio and kickboxing drills.

Cycle

Join us for an exciting and motivational workout that combines jumps, intervals, hills and sprints to improve aerobic fitness. 

HIIT

This class combines short, high-intensity intervals with active recovery designed to train your body for improved performance and calorie burning.

Metabolic Burn

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) at its best! This class combines short, high-intensity intervals with active recovery to train the body for improved performance and calorie burning using a variety of equipment.

Pilates

Pilates mat exercises stretch and strengthen every muscle in your body, with special emphasis on your center (abdominals, waist, lower back and glutes).

Meditation

Experience a 25-minute guided meditation to help you focus, release stress and mentally reboot and recharge. Learn effective relaxation tools that you can use anywhere.

Power Express (30min)

A 30-minute class featuring various cardio and strength training routines.

Standing Pilates/Barre

Low-impact, high-rep movements combined with small isometric exercises to target your arms, abs and legs utilizing a supported barre.

Step

Use an adjustable platform for this low-impact workout. This 30-minute class focuses on easy-to-follow high-energy moves to produce a great workout.

Stretch & Mobility

A series of stretches that will help you escape your workday and feel refreshed. Treat yourself to an extended stretch to loosen up tight areas.

Stretch & Move

A short 10-minute movement break designed to increase circulation and focus by releasing the tension of sitting behind the desk.  Can include joint mobility, stretching and light exercise. No need to leave your office desk - join us online! 

TRX

The TRX Suspension Trainer® uses gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Yoga

A straightforward yoga style featuring postures that focus on technique, flexibility, breathing, and relaxation.

Zumba

Forget the workout — just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy-to-do, effective and totally exhilarating.

Power Pump

This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Social Pillar
Group exercise classes: Earn 75 points for every 10 group exercise classes (onsite or virtual instructor led classes) you attend, up to 150 points. Once all 10 classes are complete, self-report on your WebMD One portal via Points > Social > Complete 10 Group Exercise Classes. Click REPORT COMPLETION and indicate the date and the type of classes you predominantly participated in to receive points.
