Season’s Greetings & Fit Tidings: Wrapping up 2024

As we draw near to the end of another eventful year, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to each of you for your enthusiastic participation and steadfast support of our group fitness programs. Please note that our final quarterly schedule will conclude on Friday, December 20th. We’re excited to bring you a festive holiday pop-up event—details below.

We wish you all a joyful holiday season and look forward to starting fresh in the new year. Mark your calendars: our 2025 fitness schedule will launch Monday January 6th! Expect to find the new schedule posted on our website, detailed in an email, and included in calendar invites sent directly to you.

Class Descriptions 

Barre

Low-impact, high-rep movements combined with small isometric exercises to target your arms, abs and legs utilizing a supported barre.

Body Sculpt

A target toning routine that teaches you weight-training basics and works all your muscles. Sculpt your body with a variety of strength-training equipment.

Cardio Kickboxing

A high-intensity mix of cardio and kickboxing drills.

Cycle

Join us for an exciting and motivational workout that combines jumps, intervals, hills and sprints to improve aerobic fitness. 

Gentle Yoga Flow

This class begins with stretching and works through a series of movements, matching breath to movement. Elements of flexibility, strength and balance are incorporated

Gyrokinesis

The Gyrokinesis Method is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences.

Hatha Yoga with Meditation (60min)

A straightforward yoga style featuring postures that focus on technique, flexibility, breathing and relaxation followed by 15 minutes of guided meditation to help you focus, release stress and mentally reboot and recharge. Learn effective relaxation tools that you can use anywhere.

Line Dancing

Kick up your heels with this fun low-impact class! Learn traditional line dance steps performed to a variety of music.

Pilates

Pilates mat exercises stretch and strengthen every muscle in your body, with special emphasis on your center (abdominals, waist, lower back and glutes).

Power Express

A 45-minute class featuring various cardio and strength training routines.

Power Pump

This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Pump and Pedal

Combines intervals of indoor cycling with bouts of muscle conditioning work using bars, dumbbells or body weight.

Stretch & Mobility

A series of stretches that will help you escape your workday and feel refreshed. Treat yourself to an extended stretch to loosen up tight areas.

S.C.O.R.E

A blend of whole-body functional movements that includes strength, interval, agility and core training. 

Stretch & Move (10min)

A short 10-minute movement break designed to increase circulation and focus by releasing the tension of sitting behind the desk.  Can include joint mobility, stretching and light exercise. No need to leave your office desk - join us online! 

Total Body Conditioning

A head-to-toe toning routine that works every muscle in your body and teaches you weight training basics. Various types of strength training equipment are incorporated.

TRX (30min)

The TRX Suspension Trainer® uses gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Yoga

A class featuring the ancient practice of yoga; a series of asanas (postures) to increase flexibility, energy and stillness of mind.

Zumba

Forget the workout — just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you'll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It's easy-to-do, effective and totally exhilarating.
