"My love for movement began with running and yoga as a youth. Physical activity supported my mental wellbeing and taught me resilience and so after being in restaurant management for over 10 years, I pursued a new career in fitness. Being in fitness management now for over 16 years, I have had the opportunity to work with all age groups in a variety of settings such as active senior living communities, private country clubs, athletic centers, schools, corporate offices, and big box gyms. Fun fact, I was also a belly dancer (some 20 years ago!). Some of my credentials include Physical Activity and Public Health Specialist, Mental Health First Aid Trainer, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Spin Teacher, Stretch Coach, and Yoga Teacher with an emphasis on supporting individuals with trauma. I teach everything; dance, pilates, barre, strength, spin, mobility, silver sneakers, trx, bootcamp, and kickboxing. You can expect great playlists, challenging moves, high energy coaching and no excuses in my group fitness classes. To me there is no better place to meet friends, laugh, sweat, move and find encouragement than in group exercise."
